Basic Protection
The basic protection package is a pay-as-you-go break / fix service with basic monitoring and client-requested remote support. This package is meant for home users or cost-consious businesses that need us available to assist when an issue comes up.
Advanced Protection
The advanced package is a managed IT support service that includes proactive remote workstation and server maintenance, but no labor. We recommend this as the minimum package you should consider as we provide proactive support to significantly cut down on problems.
Premium Protection
The premium package offers a full array of managed IT services. We proactively monitor and manage your complete IT infrastructure. The package includes the remote support and onsite labor needed to serve your users.
Ultimate Protection
The two Ultimate packages build on the Premium Package by including either a basic or enhanced Windows 10 Professional desktop computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse and battery backup for each user. You can even have a mix of users on the Premium and Ultimate packages.
