A huge thanks to Acarte Technology Services from Fort Myers. They provide IT support to our firm (Water Science Associates), and I received a nasty virus from an e-mail yesterday. The e-mail looked completely legitimate, and was from a team member of one of our projects. The attachment had the virus, and it completely took over my computer and was reaching out to a Russian IP address when Tom Holmlund shut down my computer. Due to their rock-solid back-up system, he was able to wipe my computer clean, re-install all my files and programs, and I was back working later in the day. Awesome stuff!
